CVS/Pharmacy was formerly a subsidiary. Back then, its name was Consumer Value Stores. In 1996, Melville Corporation, CVS/Pharmacy’s mother company, sold off its stores that weren’t pharmacies. This event led to Consumer Value Stores changing its name to CVS Corporation. CVS’ current CEO, Tom Ryan, has changed the meaning of CVS to “Customer, Value, and Service.”
Between 1970 and 2008, CVS has been actively acquiring other companies. Some of the most significant included Clinton Drug and Discount Stores, Peoples Drug, Revco, Arbor Drugs, Albertsons, and Caremark Rx Inc.

CVS’ aggressive acquisition tactics and Family Dollar’s smart logistics strategy partly ensured both companies’ success in their respective markets. The fact that the public is flooding them with Family Dollar and CVS Job Application bids is a testament to the US public’s trust in both companies’ robustness.

Not everyone can go to college. Nursing careers continue to be popular and a lot of students still line up in schools hoping to get the best training that will help launch their nursing careers. One of the most popular training courses is the Certified Nursing Assistant training, or CNA training, which helps develop and polish professional nursing assistant skills. Those who complete the training will not have a difficult time looking for work in hospitals, health institutions and even in nursing homes. One of the aspects of CNA training is the CNA Certification test, which is a test that CNA students are required to complete and pass. The exam includes both practical and theoretical tests that will gauge a student’s level of skills and learning. There are a lot of online CNA classes, but the most reliable ones are those that have NLNA (National League for Nursing Accredited Commission) accreditation.

Just like normal CNA classes, online CNA classes will allow the students to learn and explores different theoretical factors like measuring vital signs, patient care documents, moving patients properly and some physiology and anatomy matters.
